The papers form a programme rather than a collection. The theory paper claims that coordination costs are endogenous and decline with cumulative execution — which, if true, means the boundary of the firm moves. The four mechanism papers each supply one term of that cost: discovery, routing and verification, judgement, and the object judgement operates on.
Coase assumed transaction costs are exogenous and static. They are endogenous and decline through use — which produces a crossover after which market coordination beats hierarchy. Firms persist as governance envelopes. Six falsifiable predictions.
Underlies Part VIIIDecisions as first-class objects. The distinction between facts and signals — a fact is globally true, a signal only means something inside a decision context. Scores are not comparable across decision types.
Underlies Facts Are Not SignalsDecision rationale not captured at execution time cannot be reconstructed afterwards — with proof. And execution-path necessity: only a system present when policy is evaluated can capture it, which means bolt-on observability structurally cannot.

Where a paper contains an implementation mapping that is commercially specific, that section is held. The structure is published; the calibration is not. That split is the same one applied to the instrument itself.
