Sector calibration notes — India AI-Native Index, Edition One
Each sector received a calibration note written before the first company in that sector was scored. The notes translate the ANS-100/P anchors into the sector's own evidence forms, and exclude categories that would award unearned credit. Anchors written after the scores they govern are worthless; these were written before.

A note on the ratification record
Ratification of each sector's ruling set was logged in the header of the next sector's note. That is how the chain was kept at the time, and it is imperfect: it carries a date for the BFSI and consumer-internet sets, records ratification without a date for the healthcare and retail sets, and contains no separate entry for the manufacturing and telecom sets.
What can be stated from the record: all six notes were drafted on 30 August 2026, each carries on its face the instruction to ratify before its sector's first company file, and the anchor set they apply was frozen the same day. What cannot be stated from the record is a separately logged ratification event for manufacturing and telecom.
This is published as it stands rather than tidied. A cleaner-looking table would require asserting dates the record does not contain. Edition two will log ratification in a single register with a date against every ruling set.
